From the outside… most people’s journey through their stuff looks idyllic… a peaceful inner search into a new world, filled with sunrises and yoga/meditation bliss. This has definitely not been my experience, despite how pretty my instagram page is!
Getting into your stuff is confronting and getting out of your head and out of your own way is mostly a process of two steps forward, one step back.
So this is my candid and often comical experience of ups, downs and the myriad of challenges along the way, as a middle aged, straight talking/often potty mouthed, Australian living in London.
